Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Processing time

Our usual processing time is 1 to 5 business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Free, insured shipping on all orders

Shipping is free on every order, and every shipment is insured for added peace of mind. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days.

Delivery to your door

Your sofa bed is delivered to your door. On request, we can also arrange help carrying it inside and assembling it, for an extra fee. The price and availability of this service depend on your location, so please contact us for a quote before or after you order.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you its tracking number. You can also follow your delivery any time on our Track your order page, using your order number and email address.

Damaged, delayed or lost packages

Because every shipment is insured, you're covered if something goes wrong in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and email us at hello@spacelyfurniture.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll make it right. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier.
