Using our website

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or make a purchase.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you place an order.
• You're responsible for keeping any account details confidential and for activity under your account.

Products and orders

• We sell to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
• All products on our website are subject to availability. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with incorrect pricing or availability information. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
• Discount codes are limited to one per order, can't be exchanged for cash, and the welcome code is valid on a customer's first order only.

Shipping and delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked, and we cover the return shipping. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Warranty

Every sofa bed comes with a full-coverage 3-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship. If a covered problem appears, contact us at hello@spacelyfurniture.com with your order number and photos, and we'll repair it, send a replacement part or replace the product. The warranty doesn't cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper assembly, modifications, or normal wear and tear such as fabric pilling or fading.

Price match promise

If you find the same product for less at another US retailer within 30 days of your purchase, we'll refund the difference. Email us at hello@spacelyfurniture.com with your order number and a link to the offer.

• The item must be the same model, color and size, in stock, and sold new by an authorized retailer.
• Prices are compared before tax and shipping.
• Marketplace and third-party sellers, auctions, clearance, open-box, refurbished, coupon, bundle and membership prices don't qualify.
• Price matching applies once per order, and not to our own previous or future prices.

Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Spacely Furniture or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use it without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spacely Furniture isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules. This doesn't take away any protections you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
